The Dr. Clyde Spirits range from Phoenix Distillery (Trois-Ponts) is a tribute to the origins of the distillery, which was named "Dr. Clyde Distillery" in 2015.

The concept of this collection is to offer premium spirits, produced in a handcrafted way, to a wide audience.

The products are intended to be elegant in appearance and taste, balanced and versatile, with multiple uses, from pure tasting to use in mixology.

This result is achieved in particular through the use of powerful and high-quality ingredients, but not divisive in organoleptic terms.

Dr. Clyde Spirits are exclusively distilled, using entirely artisanal methods, in copper stills specially designed for this purpose. All ingredients are raw and natural: we refuse to produce mere blends and use no colorings, flavorings (even natural ones), or any additives whatsoever.

The Phoenix Distillery holds the "Certified Craftsmanship" label awarded by the Belgian Federal Public Service Economy, as well as the "Made in Haute-Amblève" label, recognizing the economic players and producers of the Amblève basin. The distillery is also committed to an eco-responsible approach, as the bottles used are made from recycled glass.

The Clyde range includes 6 products: three varieties of rum, a gin, a pastis and a vodka and will evolve according to consumer interest and demand.
